First Christian Church Lincolnton is an open community of faith in Jesus. We are in covenant with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and are committed to being a movement for wholeness in a fragmented world.
We maintain freedom of personal interpretation of scripture and claim no creed but Christ. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper weekly and welcome everyone God invites to the Table. We practice baptism by immersion for those who profess faith in Christ. We also affirm modes of baptism from other denominations and welcome other believers into membership without re-baptism.
Frist Christian Church was founded in 1925 and we remain faithful to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and committed to worship, fellowship, and ministry.
